      Hi sir, You have informed us this issue with some photos that showing heated and melted the charger near the Battery pins of the charger. Usually this type damages can be happen due to internally damaged cells. Beacause If a cell has damaged it can be internally shorted or taking high ampere when charging. Then the Charger pins getting heated and melted. We could see from the video you have sent us that, the charger is still working (LED is indicating) though it has melted. So kindly note this can be a problem with your cells, not the charger. Thank you.
