23A Alkaline Battery (12V)

It was my first purchase from Nilambara Electronics. When I placed the order, their website showed a different brand for the 23A alkaline batteries. I ordered 10 batteries, but I received GU Super brand batteries instead.

I had a bad experience with GU Super batteries from another online seller—I had bought 30 batteries from them, and 12 of them were below 10V upon arrival. Because of that, I didn’t want to try GU Super batteries again.

I contacted Nilambara Electronics and informed them about the issue. They acknowledged that it was a mistake on their website and offered me a free return. However, I didn’t have time to return the product, as I needed the batteries urgently.

Eventually, I decided to test the batteries, and I found that all of them were at 12.3V. I was very happy to use them.

I can recommend Nilambara Electronics—the quality of their products and their after-sales service are very good.
