Can get it to work but remember that windows 10 drivers are not there. You need a Ch340 driver and a TTL. Not the original version, just a clone.

Sir, CH340 is USB driver which should install manually, initially. And Windows 10 OS needs updated drivers for most of items. So please kindly note, Those are not faults of the product and it is the nature of the product.
