Dear customer, According to your explanation of this issue with us over the phone, you have given wrong voltage initially. Also this product need suitable heatsink to be used. And kindly note, we are sending these items only after testing infront of our cameras and CCTV footages are available as proofs. We are not able to get a responsibility for the items which damaged by customers who used without proper knowlege or incorrect manner. Thank you.
